EASTAI offers high-performance Induction Hardened Chrome Plated Bars, engineered from premium AISI 1045/1050 or 10v45 steel rods. The manufacturing process includes meticulous surface preparation, followed by induction hardening and a hard chrome plating that achieves a minimum thickness of 0.0005” to 0.001” per side. The result is an exceptionally impact-resistant bar, perfect for demanding applications like high-quality piston rods in tough environments.
